Lake Parz is located 9 km from the city of Dilijan in Tavush region. Lake Parz got its name due to its clarity. It is the largest lake in Dilijan: its total length is 385 meters, its width is about 85 meters, and its depth is more than 5 meters. Lake Parz has a landslide origin and is surrounded by forest on all sides, and is fed by clean waters coming from mountain springs. Lake Parz is famous for its appearance. The mirror-like expanse reflects the colors of the surrounding forest. Fish live in Lake Parz, which can be easily seen due to the transparency of the waters. There is an amusement park on the territory of Lake Parz that provides interesting entertainment, including a parasailing park and a zipline that allows you to fly over the water. You cannot swim in the water, but you can go sailing.
